Amanda Carpenter, Health Coach and Functional Genomics Consultant with COR Health Solutions, will facilitate the perfect getaway to nurture mind, body and soul while sharing around a cozy fire in an Adirondack lodge from November 15 through 17, 2019. Carpenter is a doctor of physical therapy, a certified professional trainer, a health coach, a functional genomics consultant and a HeartMath coach and trainer.
Participants will learn how to take control of their health and reboot vitality; reconnect with nature’s healing power; be nourished with delicious, whole foods; cleanse the body through proper hydration and get tips on how to reduce toxin exposure; explore self-care practices and products; and rediscover the importance of community. They will return home with a renewed sense of vitality and self-care practices to continue feeling amazing.
With nearly 20 years as a physical therapist, Carpenter has extensive experience working with industrial athletes and their families, as well as those struggling to regain their health after Lyme disease or chronic illnesses.
