A Space to Grow is offering a four-week online Food & Mood course and group coaching led by Sarah Ferreira, MS, MPH, RD, IFNCP, CHWC. It includes a focus on the critical nutrients that the brain needs to function, what we need to know about the gut-brain connection, how to identify brain healthy fats and the types of food and eating patterns that are linked to better mood/mental health.
Sessions will be held Wednesday evenings at 7 p.m. EST on October 2, 9, 16 and 23, 2019 at aspacetogrow.org.
Ferreira, owner of Mindfully Nourished Solutions, hosts the Nourished Brain Solutions podcast. She uses a whole-person, whole-food based approach to help women with painful digestive disorders, low energy, brain fog and out-of-balance eating to reclaim their nutritional well-being.
