Mantra Course and Certification – 10am-3pm.  Sanskrit “seed sounds” revive therapeutic and transcendent wave forms in body and mind. Gentle Yoga for the Mind, Body and Soul – 5:45-7pm. Mondays in November. With Lynn Gelman. Chen Tai Chi: 18 Essential Postures – 7:30pm. In this class students learn the fundamental principles of tai chi, including silk reeling, standing and qi exercises. Afternoon Delight Yoga – 3:45pm. Let the stress of the day go, find inner peace and face tomorrow confidently. Mindfulness: Practice & Process – 4:30pm. This class focuses on applying mindfulness skills to one’s everyday experience. This enables one to gain a better understanding of negative thinking and emotional patterns. Mixed Level Yoga  – 5:45pm. This class provides an introduction to the basic poses, asanas, of yoga as well as to Sun Salutations. Excellent for beginners with little or no yoga experience.
