Wine, Body, and Soul: Yoga and Wine Tasting – 11am-1pm. Come stretch and sip at Ledge Rock Hill Winery! No prior yoga experience needed. This class is for all fitness levels. Healthy Bones for Life Exercise Program – 10:30am. A free osteoporosis exercise and education program offered in partnership between Sunnyview Rehabilitation Hospital and Colonie Senior Service Centers, Inc. Trained volunteers lead the program.
