Lilananda Yoga Expands Class Schedule

Lilananda YogaBeginning September 3, 2019, Lilananda Yoga is offering new, specialized classes such as yoga for ample bodies, non-traditional yoga movement catering to the female anatomy and prenatal yoga. They also have a variety of more traditional yoga classes for all people, including gentle yoga, restorative yoga and all levels of hatha with several different instructors.

Owner Jennifer Venditti says, “We have more classes for more people, and are expanding our class offerings to allow caregivers, more body types and younger students to have access to a mindfulness practice that can enhance their lives by teaching them to focus better, and to a higher level of emotional awareness.”

They also have kickboxing/yoga fusion classes with Girl Fight Fitness of Burnt Hills, expanding to the Latham studio on Monday nights. Classes for children of all ages overlap with adult offerings so parents can bring your kids to the studio and know they are learning to be mindful at the same time. ‘Additionally, we are now offering homeschool yoga that is aligned with the social/emotional learning curriculum,” notes Venditti.
Yoga Vidya, Yoga Teacher Training will be held just about every Thursday from October until about the end of May.
