Clinical psychologist and transformational coach Louise Finlayson Ph.D., will facilitate The Art of Living Consciously Retreat from July 18 through July 21, 2019 at the Wiawaka Holiday House, in the foothills of the Adirondack Mountains on Lake George.
This dynamic, life-changing experiential retreat is an opportunity for participants to unplug, look within and discover their most authentic selves. “Many of us tend to become absorbed in our day-to-day lives of taking care of our family, making money and running ourselves ragged trying to complete our to-do list of chores. This retreat offers participants a chance to get off the hamster wheel of their lives and press the reset button,” says Finlayson, whose events focus on a balance of inner work, experiential exercises, play and meditative practices, while developing a highly engaged, non-judgmental group environment.
Those attending Finlayson’s The Art of Living Consciously retreat automatically become members of The Art of Conscious Living Community to support ongoing growth, connection and community after the retreat has ended. Finlayson has studied and practiced meditative, yogic, and spiritual traditions that she incorporates into her work with clients.
