Community Massage Finds its New Home

Kathleen Vroman

Kathleen Vroman, LMT, owner/practitioner at Community Massage since 2013, has relocated her exclusive permanent office conveniently within the Elevate Albany Wellness Center. She says, “With one dedicated office, I can better serve my existing clients while also welcoming new ones. In addition to the therapeutic massage and holistic services I offer, clients have other options at the center, including chiropractic care, yoga, acupuncture and physical therapy. A variety of healthcare options at one location makes it easy to discover healthy choices.

Bodywork sessions include hot stones or essential oils upon request. Specialty massage services include traditional Swedish, deep tissue, acupressure face massage and hand and foot mini-sessions. Her Relax and Renew spot treatment sessions target areas that need extra attention. Vroman emphasizes that therapeutic massage techniques stretch fascia, loosen soft tissues, increase circulation and promote optimum nerve function—all which contribute to pain reduction.

Location: 407 Albany Shaker Rd., Loudonville. For appointments and more information, call 518-272-1400 or visit CommunityMassages.com.
