Learn New Techniques to Combat Stress

Barbara Stevens, of Stress Techniques, offers stress reduction for sleep improvement evaluation, and during the month of July and August, 2019, she is discounting 20 percent off a one-hour evaluation and stress management experience at The Chakra Garden.

“An estimated 50 to 70 million U.S. adults have sleep or wakefulness disorder. Lack of sleep affects every area of our lives, physical (decreased immune system), mental (problems concentrating and making decisions) and emotional (relationship issues),” says Stevens. “Simple techniques to improve the quality of sleep create a healthier, more fulfilling life.
