Radiance Hot Yoga Now Open in Latham

Radiance Hot Yoga, located at 404 Feura Bush Road, in Glenmont, has added a second location at 595 New Loudon Road, in Latham. Owners Boaz Alperson and Leah Johnson are certified by Jimmy Barkan, a nationally recognized yoga instructor.

Radiance Hot Yoga has brought an exceptional hot yoga experience to the Capital District since 2015. Th ere is a full, diversified schedule at both locations and they also run special classes and workshops. “We have a monthly (first Saturdays) Vinyasa class that includes a beautiful sound bowl savasana. We also host master yogis and instructors from outside the Capital District,” adds Johnson.

The Glenmont studio will hold an Esak Garcia workshop on Bickram postures from 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., March 4, and also a 90-minute intermediate class. Garcia is the USA Yoga Asana National Champion and a master instructor. Th is is a unique and rare opportunity for upstate New York yoga practitioners.
