Joan Bender, certified health coach of Food & Mood Coaching, LLC, is launching a spring edition of Rituals for Women’s Health and Healing. The focus is on planting, growing and cultivating the seeds of healthy self-care habits into our lives. This online event lasts for six weeks, from March 16 through April 27. A new module is emailed to participants weekly, and there is a private Facebook group where women can share how things are going and receive support from the group. Each module provides self-care information, uplifting messages, healthy seasonal recipes and nurturing self-care activities that are easy to build into the day.
“Spring is the season to plant and cultivate healthy lifestyle habits that blossom and grow throughout the year,” says Bender. “Participants will take the time to care for themselves in nurturing ways to renew their body, mind and spirit. Women spend a lot of time taking care of others, and tend to put their own health and needs last. Th is course helps women to find ways to prioritize and care for themselves, as well.” Bender is also a licensed mental health
counselor and certified Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapist.
