Chronic Pain Education & Support Group – 10-11am bi-weekly. Understanding the background of pain is the first step in controlling it. The Stress/Pain Link; Breaking the Cycle – 4:30-5:30pm. Living with chronic pain isn’t easy. Warm Power Yoga With Camille – 9-10 am. This class is performed in a room heated to 75-80 degrees.
