Prenatal Yoga – 10:30-11:30am. 4-week series Feb 4-25. With Melissa Whipple, LMT, CYT. This class focuses on relieving common pregnancy discomforts, maintaining core strength to alleviate back pain, and improving strength, balance and flexibility while providing comfort as the body continues to grow and change. Yin Yang with Dave – 6:30-7:30pm.  Yin Yoga is a slower form of yoga with roots in Taoism as well as traditional Indian Yoga. Yin Yoga focuses on the Yin tissues ( tendons, ligaments, fascia, bones, joint capsules, etc.) To access these areas of the body, most poses are done low to the ground and held for extended periods of time which calms the mind and body. Yoga with Gail – 5:30pm. Jan 8-Feb 12. Mommy & Me Yoga (0-9 months) – 10-11am.  4-week series Feb 6-27. With Melissa Whipple, LMT, CYT. Practice yoga in a relaxing, supportive, laid back atmosphere. Saratoga Stress Reduction Program – 5:15-6:45pm.
